Terms of use
André Frid AB · 21 October 2026
These terms apply when you use onair (onair.andrefrid.com), provided by André Frid AB, Sweden. By signing in you accept them.
Access
onair is available to invited accounts only. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for what happens under your sign-in.
Connected platforms
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn or an AI assistant, you authorise onair to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant. You must follow each platform's own terms and community guidelines. onair is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, Anthropic or OpenAI.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you write and upload. You give us permission to store, process and send it to the platforms you choose, only to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to your content, for anyone you tag, and for following the law — including marketing, copyright and disclosure rules.
Acceptable use
- No spam, deceptive or illegal content, or content that breaks a platform's rules.
- No attempts to bypass rate limits, scrape, or automate engagement on the platforms.
- No attempts to access other people's data or probe the service's security.
AI features
AI suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before you use them. AI in onair can only create drafts and suggest text (posts, rewrites, reply suggestions and report summaries); it never publishes, schedules, queues or sends anything. Requests are sent to the provider you choose under its terms, and any costs on your own API key are yours.
Scheduling and publishing
We try to publish at the time you choose, but platforms may delay, reject or remove content, change their APIs, or revoke access. onair shows the result it receives. We are not responsible for posts that are late, fail or are removed by a platform. Best-time suggestions are estimates, not promises.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as is and may change, pause or end. We will try to give notice of material changes.
Ending use
You can stop using onair at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or platforms at risk.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, onair is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Swedish law.
Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
